In our first ‘Meet the Team’ blog of 2026, we’re introducing our Senior Account Manager, Susan Conlon. We discuss her 25 years' of healthcare experience and her role at IGNIFI.

Susan celebrated 25 years at IGNIFI in 2024. With over 26 years’ experience working with healthcare and pharmaceutical clients, Susan has developed exceptional industry knowledge across a wide range of therapy areas.
During her time with IGNIFI, Susan has held a variety of roles, including managing the fulfilment services team, and working as part of the Client Services team. This has given her in depth experience working with both commercial and pharmaceutical clients. Her responsibilities have included managing all storage and fulfilment requests, coordinating major product launch campaigns, handling withdrawal requests, and maintaining high standards of day-to-day client service. These roles have strengthened her skills in client relationship management, project coordination, operational planning, problem solving, and stakeholder communication.
Prior to joining IGNIFI, Susan studied Business Studies at Sunderland University, where she developed a strong foundation in business operations, marketing principles, and commercial awareness. Susan is also certified in Veeva PromoMats.

Susan is responsible for both leading and providing support on the day-to-day management of key client projects and campaigns from inception to completion. This includes liaising with clients or suppliers, providing direction on design and copy, proofreading, Veeva support and managing budgets. Susan is a key member of our client service team and is frequently recognised by multiple clients for her exemplary service and responsiveness.
Susan has vast experience across a range of therapy areas including biosimilars, rare disease, emergency care and cardiovascular disease. She recently supported a global emergency care client brand with the strategic planning and delivery a virtual two-day event. She shaped a focused agenda using insights from brand teams and key opinion leaders, balancing medical and commercial priorities. Working cross-functionally, she oversaw development of cohesive materials and supporting communications to drive engagement before, during, and after the event. By incorporating real-world case studies and in-market success stories, she helped inspire adoption and strengthen cross-market collaboration.
Susan is also responsible for managing the fulfilment services and fulfilment team. IGNIFI’s specialist healthcare optimised in house storage, fulfilment, and distribution service supports clients with their stock management needs. Supported by a fully customisable stock and ordering portal, the fulfilment team is responsible for managing pharma head office and field requests on a daily basis and coordinating the distribution of materials worldwide.
I’m a passionate theme park enthusiast, drawn not just to the rides but to the entire experience they create. I find the concept of theme parks fascinating—the way they combine immersive environments with intricate operational systems. The theming, in particular, really stands out to me; there’s something captivating about the creativity and attention to detail that brings these worlds to life.
My family and I have travelled across Europe exploring different parks, and while there are still many more on my list, my favourite so far has to be Europa Park in Germany.
