We are delighted to be sharing more positive news from our team with not one, but three individuals from the IGNIFI team earning a promotion. In our latest blog, we find out more about each of these promotions and how this will support our growth plans as we head towards 2024 and beyond.
Introducing our Senior Medical Account Manager
Our first promotion to announce is in our Client Services team with Medical Account Manager, Laura Powell, moving into the role of Senior Medical Account Manager. Laura initially joined us on a three-month work placement in 2021 whilst completing the final year of her PhD in Genetic Medicine and Rare Diseases. After graduating, Laura took a permanent position at IGNIFI in May of 2022 and has excelled in her role since joining us. This is a dual role combining client facing responsibilities managing projects with scientific content writing and development.
Laura’s promotion recognises her commitment to leading and develop high-level project and medical copywriting services across IGNIFI’s range of healthcare and pharma clients. Laura’s particularly proud to be leading content development across a broad range of channels, particularly in digital, to support new product launches, refresh established brands’ promotional messaging and help clients move to a modular content approach.
A new Senior Account Manager
We have another promotion in the Client Services team with Account Manager, Ellie Gratton, taking on the role of Senior Account Manager. This will be Ellie’s second well-earned promotion in her short time with us after joining IGNIFI in 2021 as an Account Executive after completing a Biomedical Sciences degree at Newcastle University.
Ellie has flourished in taking on greater responsibilities with some of our key clients and demonstrated how she can expertly manage the development of client campaigns often working to tight deadlines. Her new role will give her greater opportunity to work with the senior IGNIFI team to grow and develop these key client accounts.
Our new Senior Designer
Moving on to our creative team, Designer John Mares moves into the role of Senior Designer. Joining us in April 2022 John is another team member who has made a massive contribution to IGNIFI in his relatively short time with us. With over 13 years of design experience John has demonstrated his expertise in producing high quality, fully considered design for a wide range of assets for our clients, often working to tight deadlines. In his new role, John will combine his current duties with supporting our Digital Director in overseeing the quality and ongoing training and development of our Design team, along with supporting the implementation of ongoing departmental initiatives as we gear up for future growth.
