As 2025 winds down, I’ve been looking back at the past twelve months – the wins, the challenges, the moments that made us think, and the people who shaped the year. It’s been busy yet energising – and ultimately, a year I’m incredibly proud of.

Last week, our Group Account Director Sarah Thompson and Digital Engagement Manager, Laura Smith attended the 2025 PM Society Pharmaceutical Marketing Innovation and Impact (PMi) Awards ceremony in London. Back in July, we were delighted to learn that IGNIFI had been shortlisted as a finalist for ‘Agency of the Year (headcount under 30)’.

On Friday, Group Account Director, Sarah Thompson, and Managing Director, John Horn,  attended the 2025 Veterinary Marketing Association (VMA) awards in London. This year marked our second consecutive year sponsoring the ‘International Marketing Award’ category.
