With a 39% increase in sales last year and a number of new client acquisitions in quick succession, our aim with this double promotion – with John becoming Operations Director and Sarah rising to Account Director – is to cement our standards of service and quality as we grow organically and actively take steps to expand further outside the UK.
Our growth is thanks, in no small part, to positive word of mouth and brilliant relationships with our existing clients; something we really prize. To preserve this while we grow, we need to keep on delighting, challenging and surprising our long-standing clients as we would a brand new client. And having Sarah and John in leadership positions will help set us up with the systems and practices we need to make this happen on a larger scale. We can’t wait to report back on this exciting next chapter at IGNIFI.
