Having been an integral part of the IGNIFI team for 12 years now, Claire is a familiar face and trusted contact point for many of our clients. The experience and relationship building that Claire gained both within our agency and through working on the client side of the industry, along with her team management and development contribution make her an ideal candidate for the role of an Account Director.
Claire initially joined us after working as a client during her time with Nike UK, where she worked as both the Retail Marketing Manager and Customer Service Manager. Through many shared projects, Claire got to know the culture at IGNIFI and was excited by the opportunity to work from our North East headquarters with a wide range of well-known UK and global clients.
In the time since joining our team, Claire has gained experience across a range of channels, clients and therapy areas, with some highlights including:
- Acting as the main contact point for an infant nutrition client, working with both their local and global teams to create informative omnichannel HCP communications
- Creating multiple deliverables across a variety of disciplines for in-person key opinion leader events
- Helping a rare disease client develop and build a series of interactive and certified eLearning modules
- Developing client potential through identifying growth areas where IGNIFI services can support client objectives
From managing daily responsibilities to delivering more out of the box thinking, Claire goes above and beyond to provide the best possible tailored advice and materials for her clients. Over the last year, with the support of our existing team, Claire’s job role has expanded further to include a greater focus on strategy, and with the introduction of Account Executive Intern Ellie to the team, Claire has also become more involved in overall team development.
Taking all of this into account, Claire has rightfully progressed into the role of Account Director, where she will continue to take a more leading role with her existing client base alongside a wider range of accounts, whilst still being supported by the wider team.
