Susan has managed our pick and pack/fulfilment operation for over 10 years, providing excellent customer service to our clients, always with a helpful and friendly attitude. Susan joined the business in 1999, not long after graduating university with a degree in Business Studies. During her time with the company, Susan has had a range of different job roles across the fulfilment side of the business, giving her in-depth experience working with both commercial and pharmaceutical based clients.
As Fulfilment Manager, Susan works at our second site and is responsible for managing all aspects of storage and fulfilment, coordinating major launch campaigns, handling withdrawal requests and ensuring excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.
