Craig joined IGNIFI in 2019, following 15 years’ experience in web development, print production and design related roles. Craig initially started as our Design and Production Project Coordinator, where he bridged the gap between our client services and studio teams and often offered insight and support to clients on more digitally focused materials. In this role, Craig demonstrated his ability to go the extra mile for our clients, which on one occasion this involved developing a way to render a Veeva Engage for Portals viewer within a REACT build website – something even the support team at Veeva were not sure was possible!
Craig now oversees our digital team managing workload, resources, and the development of new skills. Beyond this, Craig still works closely with both our client services team and customers to make sure that IGNIFI deliver the best possible digital solutions. Craig enjoys a challenge, working with our clients to help decipher the more technical aspects of their requests and is always willing to roll up his sleeves and work through any complex development tasks that arise.
