John Rolt

With 25 years of agency experience, of which 20 have been spent working for IGNIFI, John is responsible for managing all aspects of our creative and design studio. His career began with a Degree in Graphic Design, followed by a number of years’ experience working for various design agencies in London where he progressed from Junior Designer through to Studio Manager. John’s transition from drawing board to managing a full-service studio has given him a wealth of experience in all aspects of the design process.

As our Studio Manager, John’s daily responsibilities include overseeing a team of designers and senior creatives, allocating design resources and creating the studio schedule, ensuring that client projects are always delivered on time and on budget. John maintains a close relationship with his team, which he uses to assign each project to a designer based on their individual strengths.
