Last Friday Group Account Director, Sarah Thompson, and Account Manager, Liam Murtha, attended the 2023 Veterinary Marketing Association (VMA) Awards in London. We are thrilled to announce that IGNIFI were ‘highly commended’ in four award categories this year.


Our commendations at this year’s awards were for work with our client Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health. This included digital and print campaigns launching new initiatives within vet practices, predominantly aimed at animal health professionals.

Specifically, IGNIFI were awarded ‘highly commended’ for our 2023 entry submissions in the following categories:

  • Digital Innovation Award recognising the innovative use of digital technology and displaying excellence in implementation.
  • Veterinary Advertising Awardshowcasing clear understanding of the target audience with an advertisement that is appealing, impactful and persuasive.
  • Point of Sales Awardusing creative thinking to develop effective materials to support veterinary practices with prescribing products.
  • Integrated Digital Award demonstrating a cohesive impactful promotional campaign across a range of digital and social channels.

This latest success follows on from an outstanding performance at the 2022 VMA award ceremony where IGNIFI were the outright winners in 5 award categories.

Given the quality of the entries this year against some tough competition, this is once again a great achievement for our team to be recognised for our efforts and something we are all very proud of.

The VMA awards event is always a firm favourite to attend by members of our Client Services team. It is a great opportunity to meet up with many of our long-standing clients and also newer contacts, some of these for the first time in person.

Well done to the other nominees and winners from the 2023 awards. We hope to see you all again next year!
