A creative strategist
With over 30 years of experience in design and advertising, Marc’s journey with IGNIFI (formerly NB Group) started in 2001. Bringing with him prior agency experience, a BA (hons) in Graphic Design from the University of Wales, and numerous awards for his work, he has refined a unique skill set that blends innovative design with strategic execution.
With 20 years of that experience in healthcare, Marc is experienced in developing innovative concepts that meet client objectives but are also within the constraints of the ABPI code of practice.
Marc’s experience and skills allowed him to quickly establish himself as a forward-thinking creative, whose input is highly sought after across key client accounts and campaigns. This reputation has only grown over time, with Marc becoming a primary point of contact for advice on brand knowledge, strategic insight, and the latest industry trends. Over the past two decades he has worked across multiple therapy areas from haematology, nutrition, respiratory, oncology and rare disease, and has a passion for getting to grips with new therapy areas and then applying his methodical, rational approach to inform his creative thinking.

Today, Marc continues to deliver innovative creative solutions. Most recently, Marc has shown great initiative in exploring how generative AI can enhance creative output in the healthcare marketing field, without it being seen as a substitute for good creative work.
With his extensive industry knowledge and commitment to stay up to date with the latest developments and trends, Marc brings immense value to our junior team members. He is always ready to assist colleagues with even the smallest brand details and provide guidance on the most innovative design tools. Marc’s contributions enable IGNIFI to maintain its creative edge and deliver exceptional service.
Marc is our internal IGNIFI ‘brand champion’, and so he plays an active role in ensuring that the materials we create stay true to our brand.
