John Horn

John has been with IGNIFI for over 25 years and is passionate about the delivery of service excellence across all IGNIFI operations – an attitude that he promotes throughout the teams he oversees. He has experience in a variety of client service and management roles with expertise in customer care, management information systems, resource planning, team and performance management, supplier and production management.

As Operations Director, John is responsible for evaluating internal processes and systems to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. This is in addition to working with HR to identify talented and proactive people to add to the IGNIFI team or developing our internal talent through learning and development. Despite taking a step back from some client facing responsibilities since becoming our Operations Director, John remains one of the main contact points for some of our long-standing clients, providing help and strategic insight on projects such as DSAs, event promotion, email campaigns and more.
