Salary £19K- 21K (depending on skills and experience)

The Graduate Internship Scheme is a collaboration between the University of Sunderland, a recent Graduate and a regional SME. The Company

IGNIFI is a creative, digital and design advertising agency that sparks and sustains successful brands for high-profile clients in the healthcare sector and we’re looking to expand our Client Services Team with a new ambitious and motivated Account Executive.

Here at IGNIFI we specialise in human and animal health sectors. Working with major global brands, we develop marketing communications targeting healthcare professionals, payers, influencers, patients and consumers.

As an Account Executive you will work alongside our Account Directors, Key Account Managers and Account Managers in our Client Services department.

The role will involve providing day-to-day client support for healthcare/pharmaceuticals marketing communications clients operating in human and animal health.

The Role

Responsibilities will also include:

  • Supporting the project management of the creative, digital and marketing-related services IGNIFI provides to healthcare sectors (pharmaceuticals, med devices, OTC).
  • To ultimately take responsibility for and ‘own’ projects, being proactive whenever possible.
  • Supporting Key Account Manager (KAM) & Account managers (AM) in production of clear and accurate documentation.
  • Developing effective liaison skills with clients, external partners and IGNIFI’s creative, digital and account management teams to ensure effective delivery of client projects on time, to budget and to IGNIFI’s margin expectations.
  • Seeking continuous improvement in personal performance and industry knowledge.
  • Overall, to deliver creative and marketing materials which enhance client’s business and IGNIFI’s creative reputation and profitability within the Health sector.

What we are looking for:

The successful candidate will have the following relevant experience:

  • Graduate, ideally in a related field (e.g. life sciences, marketing, design).

  • Computer literate with main MS Office software
  • Articulate, accurate, numerate, organised – to manage organisational and administrative systems.
  • High standard of oral and written English.
  • Attention to detail for proofing, deadlines and estimating.
  • Flexibility (in hours and attitude) and ability to multi-task, often under time pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Experience/ qualifications in the following are desirable:

  • Healthcare/Pharmaceutical and/or marketing experience.

  • Life sciences background.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Creative, Design and Digital appreciation.
  • Commercial acumen.
